Can you build cabinets around a stacked or side-by-side washer and dryer?
Yes, both. We build around front-load, top-load, side-by-side or stacked machines with a clean, filler-free fit and access left so the units can still be serviced or swapped out later.
Can you fit a laundry closet, hallway nook, or a combined laundry/mudroom?
Yes. We design for tight laundry closets, hallway nooks and combined laundry-mud or laundry-bath layouts, using tall cabinets and over-machine storage to make a small footprint work hard.
What's the best countertop to fold on over front-load machines?
A durable quartz or laminate folding counter spanning both machines gives you a real work surface. We build in the right clearance and support so it’s solid and the doors still open fully underneath.
Where do I hang shirts and dry delicates?
We add pull-out or fixed hanging rods and a drop-down drying rack right over the machines, so air-dry items and just-ironed shirts have a proper home instead of the shower rod.
Will the cabinets stand up to the humidity, heat and detergent?
Yes. We use moisture-resistant cabinet boxes and easy-clean, durable finishes made for a working laundry, and we plan venting clearance so nothing warps, swells or stains.
Can you hide the ironing board, hampers and cleaning supplies?
Yes, pull-out hampers (often one per person), a fold-away or pull-out ironing board, and tall broom/supply cabinets keep everything off the floor and out of sight.
Can you add a utility sink or a pet-wash / boot-rinse station?
Yes. We build utility-sink surrounds with cabinetry beneath, and where your plumbing allows we can design a lower pet-wash or boot-rinse station.
Will you work around the plumbing, shut-off valves and dryer vent?
Yes. We design cabinetry with access to the water and gas shut-offs, the drain and the dryer vent, and leave the clearances a plumber or appliance tech needs.
How much do custom laundry room cabinets cost in Toronto?
It depends on the room size and what you include. A few cabinets above the machines start lower, while a full system with counters, tall storage and a sink surround is more of an investment. You get an exact quote after a free in-home consultation.
How long does it take, and is it made locally?
After your consultation and approved design, most laundry rooms are built in our Toronto-area workshop and installed within a few weeks. Local build means a tighter fit and faster installation across the GTA.
